Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience including hands-on internship in freight forwarding, transport or logistics
- Supply chain and dangerous goods certifications preferred
- Proficient use of Excel especially V-lookups and pivot tables
- Knowledge of air and ocean operational documentation including ISF, TSCA, Lacey Act
- Understanding of Incoterms
- Ability to calculate dimensional weight
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safety procedures
- Clear and courteous communication skills
- Accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written, verbal and presentation abilities
- Solid understanding of budgeting and judgment
Job Qualifications

- Certifications in supply chain and dangerous goods preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare export shipment documentation for outbound After Sales shipments
- Work closely with the Customer Service Department to facilitate After Sales processes and maintain timelines
- Coordinate After Sales shipments with freight forwarders and couriers ensuring compliance with US Customs regulations
- Process CITES and Fish & Wildlife shipments and provide required documentation
- Provide completed CITES documentation to the Transportation Department in France for ministry submissions
- Provide timely status updates and report any delivery-impacting issues
- File entry documentation received from Hermes of Paris brokers in accordance with US Customs
- Provide concise shipment tracking reports to management
- Participate in compliance training sessions as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Adapt to overtime and flexible schedules including extended holiday hours as needed
