Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or similar level of education
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, event operations, or large-scale sports/entertainment events
  • strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to track deliverables
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • fluent in English

Job Duties

  • work closely with on-the-ground team to guide new hires through processes and priorities
  • assist in the preparation of briefings, meeting notes, and presentations
  • provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and a well-functioning workspace environment
  • help facilitate staff communications related to office use, policies, and workspace updates
  • track and maintain records related to workforce movements, access credentials, and space utilization
  • liaise with local FWC26 team members within the Host City, Host City Committee, and external stakeholders to assist in advanced planning
  • take a big picture perspective to spot and escalate issues early, supporting timely solutions
