Job Requirements
- Passion for hospitality services, event production or the endurance sports industry
- Working knowledge of event safety and risk management principles

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, including group and executive travel
- Prior office experience including corporate credit card administration
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of event safety and risk management principles
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel 5-10 percent of the time
Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute hospitality venues and guest programs at company-produced events
- Manage day-to-day hospitality tasks leading up to and during events including Chicago Marathon, Shamrock Shuffle, and Chicago 13.1 hospitality venues
- Coordinate travel arrangements including air, housing, and transportation for all event stakeholders and staff
- Generate detailed travel itineraries and confirmations for athletes and high-profile guests
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sponsorship, Operations, and Workforce Management on resource procurement and allocation
- Oversee hospitality operations and logistics contractors
- Assist in documenting processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement within hospitality and travel services
