Job Requirements
- associate's degree or high school diploma with two years of aviation or airport operations experience
- two years of customer service experience
- strong computer skills
- ability to operate mid-sized vans or trucks
- effective communication skills
- ability to supervise student workers
- valid U.S. work authorization
- willingness to undergo criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or high school diploma with two years of aviation or airport operations experience
- two years of progressively responsible customer service experience
- strong personal computer and related software skills
- experience operating mid-sized vans or trucks
- knowledge of aviation or airport operations preferred
- FAA Dispatch or Pilot certificate desirable
- certified in CPR/AED/First Aid training desirable
Job Duties
- coordinate scheduling and dispatching of aircraft
- track aircraft maintenance events
- manage invoicing
- support training activities
- assist with ramp services including fueling and deicing
- move and prepare aircraft for departure
- supervise part-time flight dispatcher and line service student workers
