Job Duties
- Operate and maintain Xpression graphics systems for LED boards and broadcast overlays
- design and update motion graphics packages using After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- lead game day broadcasts by managing timing, coordinating the production crew, and ensuring all elements align with the show script and sponsor activations
- collaborate with Game Presentation and Promotions staff to align visuals with scripts, timing, and sponsor activations
- assist in planning and executing special events such as concerts, corporate events, and non-baseball sporting events
- train and supervise part-time and student production staff on control room systems and workflows
- troubleshoot technical issues related to video, audio, and graphics systems
- maintain organized media libraries, templates, and production documentation
- support offseason production needs including content creation and venue programming
- contribute to the development and implementation of a student-based production program
- other duties as assigned
