Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional Food Managers certification and Nevada state certifications
  • 2+ years of food service experience
  • Ability to obtain LVMPD Work Card upon employment
  • Basic understanding of food safety and allergies preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible and varying schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent attendance
  • Reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional Food Managers certification
  • Nevada state certifications
  • 2+ years of food services experience
  • 1+ years of administrative support preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and Top 9 food allergies
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Support the food and beverage operation by organizing daily tasks and coordinating placements
  • Maintain and update F&B collateral, seating charts, menus, and reservation system templates
  • Research and report on POS transactions, coordinate audits and health inspections
  • Provide exemplary guest service, assign daily tasks to F&B team members, and manage operational flow
  • Assist with training checklists and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements
  • Handle administrative functions including equipment inventory, sourcing, onboarding, and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate food and beverage support for special events, catering, and private reservations
