Job Duties
- Assist and support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department striving to meet and exceed performance and financial goals
- Develop, practice, and promote Akron RubberDucks company culture with a focus on fan experience and customer service
- Assist with hiring and scheduling of interns and warehouse staff
- Evaluate, coach, instruct, and support all game day staff ensuring highest cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Oversee operation and sustainability of concession equipment
- Assist in the operation of all hospitality areas including picnic areas ensuring quality standards
- Maintain extensive visibility on front lines with guest interaction and service recovery
- Manage inventory control and product ordering
- Assist with warehouse operations and serve as point person for inbound deliveries
- Collaborate to develop and implement new menu concepts focusing on departmental margin
- Train and troubleshoot POS and Yellow Dog Inventory management systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
