Job Requirements

  • At least one year of hospitality experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Assist and support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department striving to meet and exceed performance and financial goals
  • Develop, practice, and promote Akron RubberDucks company culture with a focus on fan experience and customer service
  • Assist with hiring and scheduling of interns and warehouse staff
  • Evaluate, coach, instruct, and support all game day staff ensuring highest cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Oversee operation and sustainability of concession equipment
  • Assist in the operation of all hospitality areas including picnic areas ensuring quality standards
  • Maintain extensive visibility on front lines with guest interaction and service recovery
  • Manage inventory control and product ordering
  • Assist with warehouse operations and serve as point person for inbound deliveries
  • Collaborate to develop and implement new menu concepts focusing on departmental margin
  • Train and troubleshoot POS and Yellow Dog Inventory management systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
