Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with ticketing systems
  • experience in customer service
  • knowledge of human resources or project coordination
  • ability to use intermediate level word processing, spreadsheet, and email software
  • familiarity with Walmart systems
  • willingness to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas
  • availability to work Monday to Friday
  • commitment to a drug-free workplace

  • experience in invoicing and PO creation
  • previous experience working in a training department
  • previous experience working in a call center
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Maintaining and updating training schedules for all associates
  • coordinating onboarding sessions and preparing training materials
  • assisting with department events and engagement programs
  • entering and updating work orders in the Nuvolo system
  • monitoring open work orders and following up on overdue tasks
  • generating weekly and monthly maintenance reports by trade
  • maintaining KPI dashboards for work order completion, training compliance, and budget utilization
  • compiling monthly trend reports on maintenance, invoice aging, and training gaps
  • gathering and organizing documentation for internal and external audits
  • communicating with associates to ensure SLA completion
  • working on PO creation and tracking
  • drafting and distributing operational updates
  • compiling KPI and operational reports for leadership
  • scheduling vendor visits, confirming service completion, and maintaining vendor contact lists
  • understanding all work streams and helping to create playbooks and SOP
  • managing version control for SOPs, safety manuals, and compliance documents
