Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years planning and executing large and high-profile events
- Leadership experience with ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce
- Ability to seek proactive solutions to problems with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD preferred
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Committed to exceeding expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Ability to work flexible and sometimes demanding schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for assigned events, assisting in the development and execution of company brand events, private and community events, offsite and other events as assigned
- Develop and maintain creative briefs, project timelines, schedules, and detailed workflows
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, guiding them from initial concept to final execution
- Lead site visits and event planning meetings with internal and external clients for events
- Research and secure off-site venues including negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed event budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency in expenditure while delivering top tier results
- Create event layouts using AutoCAD and oversee the production environment, ensuring every element aligns with the client’s objectives and our brand standards
