Job Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work frequent weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients
- Consult with clients to determine event needs and service requirements
- Assist clients in space selection and provide cost estimates
- Communicate policies, guidelines, and pricing clearly to clients
- Create and manage event reservations using scheduling system
- Maintain organized event correspondence and documentation
- Develop setup diagrams and timelines
- Coordinate event logistics with campus partners
- Verify room setups and assist with physical arrangements
- Provide on-site event support during events
- Troubleshoot operational and client issues promptly
- Support billing and invoicing processes
- Build relationships with recurring clients
- Participate in meetings, walkthroughs, and training sessions
- Provide oversight to setup crews and campus partners when manager on duty
- Attend professional development programs
- Serve on university committees
- Assist with additional departmental projects as assigned
