Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in event coordination or hospitality
  • excellent communication skills
  • computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and event management software
  • ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
  • strong organizational skills
  • dedication to customer service
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform walking and bending
  • ability to work both onsite and remotely as needed
  • no travel required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in event coordination and the hospitality industry
  • passion for hospitality and events
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation
  • ability to work with diverse team members and clients
  • proficient with Microsoft Office, email, restaurant reservation, POS and event management software
  • strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • exhibits core competencies such as agility, collaboration, effective communication, development of self and others, driving results

Job Duties

  • Drive all aspects of internal hospitality
  • manage all internal hospitality inquiries and visit requests
  • assist sales and marketing with VIPs and media reservations
  • assist in driving increased revenue through private event bookings
  • coordinate Banquet Event Orders and event logistics
  • act as onsite event host and lead as needed
  • assist in coordinating promotional events and support weekly BEO meetings
