Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficient in computer use including database and spreadsheet software
- Capable of handling routine administrative tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Available to work full-time
- Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, and reservations
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machines, including proofreading and editing for accuracy
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
