Job Requirements

  • associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years previous leadership experience required
  • 1+ years experience within professional entertainment or theme park industry required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist management in event and project documentation such as staff requests, revisions, confirmations and creation of entertainment itineraries per policies and entertainment production SOPs
  • coordinate communication of event and project information with departments including Marketing and Sales, Community Relations, External Affairs, Park and Hotel Management, Technical Entertainment and third-party vendors
  • act as the main contact for entertainment venues and performers including signing in and out cast and crew, securing paperwork and monitoring entertainment elements
  • monitor event logistics to ensure compliance with performer SOPs, company policies, IP standards and vendor contracts
  • address immediate issues during events and communicate relevant information to management and team members
  • maintain documentation including training templates, look book libraries, budget tracking, project calendars, department guidelines, SOPs and messaging changes
  • ensure event quality standards align with creative intent through site walkthroughs and progress monitoring
  • provide status updates and reports to leadership
  • understand and participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established policies and training
  • perform other duties as assigned
