Job Requirements

  • Highly organized adaptable and enjoys juggling multiple priorities
  • Support day-to-day activities with efficiency and accuracy and bring curiosity and insight to improving systems
  • Self-directed impeccable with deadlines and able to prioritize and manage workload
  • Eager to work within the team’s technologies and tools including donor database and project management tool
  • Strong collaborative mindset to serve as a hub position supporting the Development team
  • Team player focused on improving systems and increasing team efficiencies
  • Strong customer-service mindset to interact positively with donors members and guests
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including mail merge and Google Suite
  • Ability to garner proficiency in CRM database Blackbaud Altru and project management tool Monday.com
  • Baseline knowledge of development or Moves Management fundraising methodology
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with understanding of big-picture concepts
  • Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work inside office environment
  • Occasionally requires lifting of up to 15 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience working for a non-profit organization
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with prospect research

Job Duties

  • Coordinate recognition production including donor walls and capital project recognitions
  • Coordinate recognition approvals and logo reviews for sponsors and patrons
  • Support stewardship of corporate sponsors by coordinating benefit fulfillment
  • Support all stages of event production from ideation to day-of activities
  • Coordinate creation of invitations mailing lists and RSVPs for development events
  • Support development of fundraising messages and collateral including emails letters proposals and decks
  • Coordinate tribute bench recognition program including donor inquiries and plaque coordination
