Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in transportation or logistics
- Experience with Dangerous Goods/HAZ-MAT certification desirable
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Regular reliable attendance
- Ability to lift 30 lbs individually and 70 lbs team
- Compliance with TSA and DOT regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
- Must not require employment sponsorship

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software
- Ability to complete air and ground shipping documents electronically and manually
- Flexible to work outside normal business hours
- Strong work ethic and positive demeanor

- Knowledge of US geography

Job Duties
- Determine efficient, cost-effective transportation options
- Evaluate transportation pricing, timing, availability, and volume
- Resolve customer and vendor disputes
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Identify and control shipments at risk
- Maintain positive relationships with service providers
- Document shipments and maintain compliance
