Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in event management, sports, or community relations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and matchdays
- Must be based in or able to commute to Raleigh, NC
- Ability to collaboratively work across different departments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in event management, sports, community relations, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple events and timelines simultaneously
- Ability to build systems and processes in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and matchdays as needed
- Experience in sports or live events is preferred
Job Duties
- Lead execution planning for all community events and programs
- Develop detailed run of show documents for each activation
- Build and manage staffing plans for events and appearances
- Oversee all setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Create and manage pre-event preparation timelines
- Coordinate all vendors, equipment, and operational needs
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all events
