Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in event management, sports, or community relations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and matchdays
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Raleigh, NC
  • Ability to collaboratively work across different departments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in event management, sports, community relations, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple events and timelines simultaneously
  • Ability to build systems and processes in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and matchdays as needed
  • Experience in sports or live events is preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead execution planning for all community events and programs
  • Develop detailed run of show documents for each activation
  • Build and manage staffing plans for events and appearances
  • Oversee all setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
  • Create and manage pre-event preparation timelines
  • Coordinate all vendors, equipment, and operational needs
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all events
