Job Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, percent and interpret bar graphs

- Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

- Experience with logistics or warehouse coordination preferred
Job Duties
- Check inbound flight load plan and calculate needed outbound line haul trailers
- Submit ad-hoc requests if needed to capture all outbound volume in advance of flight arrival
- Assign trucks to dock doors using Yard Management System
- Complete BOL paperwork and check trailers into and out of building communication
- Update downstream facilities of any late departing loads or required ad-hoc scheduled trailers
- Communicate with ROC on any impacted trailer delays or ad-hoc scheduling requirements
- Communicate with NCC on any impacted flight delays or situations impacting flight performance
- Escalate to GM and Regional Gateway Manager risks to safety, quality, productivity, or customer promise per escalation matrix
- Send flash reports
- Maintain truck control log to be attached to flash report
- Track open cases that impact following shift
- Routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, equipment and facilities
- Other duties related to the foregoing
