Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • must have strong communication and relational skills
  • experience in project management
  • preference for candidates who have served at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp ministry
  • valued experience in innovation, content creation, recreational program planning, vendor relations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
  • willingness to travel moderately throughout the year and heavily in summer
  • maintain office hours at WinShape Camps office in Atlanta, GA
  • self-professing Christ-follower actively involved in Christian faith community
  • valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • strong communication and relational skills
  • experience in project management
  • served at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp ministry is preferred but not required
  • experience in innovation, content creation, recreational program planning, vendor relations is valued
  • proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work within a project management platform
  • willing to engage in moderate travel (10-20%) throughout the year and heavy travel (40-50%) in the summer
  • maintain regular office hours at the WinShape Camps office in Atlanta, GA
  • self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis

Job Duties

  • Develop the intentional experiences and programming of each WSCC auditorium session
  • oversee budget, inventory, and procurement of theme and auditorium materials
  • coordinate and manage all theme-specific media and the creation of all visual content for camp programming in collaboration with the Creative Services team
  • assist in the development and editing of small and large group curriculum
  • contribute to and support creation of camp song motions, worship setlist, and other camp music elements
  • assist in leading and executing the training of Production Directors, Worship Leaders, Stage Hosts, and other production-focused specialty positions
  • ensure the success of project timelines regarding production and theme elements to meet all deadlines and goals as laid out by the Team Leader
  • support the planning and execution of all year-round events such as Host Rally, Leadership Weekend, and Staff Training
  • serve on a Point Team for camp leadership teams in the summer to provide feedback, guidance, and problem-solving and support PTE specialty positions
  • serve as a member of assigned work or alignment team to effectively collaborate with other full-time staff
