Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of camp experience preferred
- Experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to relocate for summer camp position
- Availability to maintain regular office hours in Atlanta during off-season
- Ability to perform gender-specific tasks including interaction within camper living quarters, cabin supervision, and sensitive conversations
- Active Christian faith commitment
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

- Willingness to relocate to a WinShape Camps for Girls location for the summer
- Maintain regular office hours at the WinShape Camps office in Atlanta during the non-camp season
- Ability to interact with campers within living quarters and perform cabin supervision
- Demonstrated Christ follower actively involved in a Christian faith community
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- Serve as a member of the Summer Leadership Team at one WinShape Camps for Girls location
- Design and develop all events, production, media and worship experiences at the summer camp location incorporating the summer theme
- Hire, train, develop, and oversee Event summer staff including 4 to 6 direct reports and a total of 14 to 17 summer staff
- Evaluate summer staff performance and make future employment recommendations
- Equip summer staff with resources and training prior to and during the summer
- Assist with creation and monitoring of event budget lines to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Oversee the look and feel of camper experiences ensuring visual excellence and smooth flow of camp sessions
- Contribute to camp-wide success by serving on work teams and supporting other camp operations
- Represent WinShape Camps in recruiting efforts to fill summer staff positions
