Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license as required by law or policy
- 2 years of service experience in luxury hospitality or related area
- experience with point-of-sale equipment and/or computers
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English both spoken and written
- strong interpersonal skills
- must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to speak additional languages preferred
Job Qualifications

- 2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel, casino, restaurant, or related hospitality area
- experience with point-of-sale equipment and/or computers

Job Duties
- Answer the phones according to The Venetian standards
- use defined script to greet guests and determine how to assist
- take orders correctly, enter them into POS system, and contact butlers for appropriate service
- keep departmental information relevant and accurate
- respond to guest requests and answer questions about the resort and Las Vegas
- conduct bookings of transportation requests using ARTS
- know, adhere to, and practice all department service standards
- record pertinent data into guest profiles as needed
- assist with recording laundry, dry cleaning, pressing and shoe polishing services
- collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are fulfilled
- adhere to safety guidelines when handling and lifting equipment
