Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support or related role
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with office software
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support for F&B department including answering telephones and correspondences
  • communicate with all departments and outlet employees to ensure timely receipt and accuracy of orders and paperwork
  • notify chefs of inventory shortages
  • coordinate and assist with tasks assigned by supervisors or F&B staff
  • arrange meetings and conferences for employees, management and purveyors
  • coordinate relief extra-board staff schedule
  • organize Banquet BEOs and attend BEO meetings as necessary
  • assist with special projects within the F&B division
