Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in related human services field
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • minimum of 3 years experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting preferred
  • minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or marketing preferred
  • understanding of 12-step programs
  • experience working with volunteers
  • valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including 9 AM to 5:30 PM, 10 AM to 6:30 PM, or 11 AM to 9 PM

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years experience working directly with patients in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting preferred
  • at least 2 years experience in customer service or marketing preferred
  • understanding of 12-step programs
  • experience staffing or partnering with volunteers
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record

Job Duties

  • manage and facilitate the Alumni Association program
  • foster recovery support skills for Mirmont Treatment Center patients
  • provide on-site support and collaboration at all Mirmont Treatment Center campuses
  • coordinate outside alumni meetings and events
  • build and maintain extensive relationships promoting addiction recovery
  • provide education and support to patients, their families, and the community
  • produce measurable and positive alumni relations outcomes
