Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in related human services field
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- minimum of 3 years experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or marketing preferred
- understanding of 12-step programs
- experience working with volunteers
- valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- flexibility to work varied shifts including 9 AM to 5:30 PM, 10 AM to 6:30 PM, or 11 AM to 9 PM

- valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- manage and facilitate the Alumni Association program
- foster recovery support skills for Mirmont Treatment Center patients
- provide on-site support and collaboration at all Mirmont Treatment Center campuses
- coordinate outside alumni meetings and events
- build and maintain extensive relationships promoting addiction recovery
- provide education and support to patients, their families, and the community
- produce measurable and positive alumni relations outcomes
