Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work part-time and seasonal hours

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating the operation of all special events or Experiences of Pleasure activities
  • Review operational status, lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies
  • Follow training guidelines to support event management leadership
  • Supervise and assist in training of all special event employees
  • Learn and operate software systems used for events including ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
  • Comply with company policies and report accidents or unsafe working conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Ensure quality expectations and standards are met
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned
