Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating the operation of all special events or Experiences of Pleasure activities
- Review operational status, lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- Follow training guidelines to support event management leadership
- Supervise and assist in training of all special event employees
- Learn and operate software systems used for events including ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
- Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- Comply with company policies and report accidents or unsafe working conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure quality expectations and standards are met
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned
