Job Requirements
- must be able to read write and speak english
- must be able to work in hot and or cold environments
- must be able to walk stoop bend climb and stand for the duration of the work shift
- must have strong organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent operational changes
- must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check to obtain an airport sida aoa badge with customs seal clearance
- must comply with all ramp aoa safety and security rules and regulations
- must be able to push heavy loads airline carts and lift up to 30 lbs
- must possess a valid driver s license and maintain a clean driving record
- must successfully complete both classroom and on the job driver training programs
- must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills along with a professional appearance and attitude
- must be able to understand apply and follow all safety standards
- must be able to operate catering carts ramps and other airline catering equipment
- must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings mid day late evenings weekends and holidays schedules are subject to change due to shift bidding

Job Duties
- Retrieve all relevant flight information from dispatch including gate number aircraft number meal counts and any special requirements
- coordinate all aspects of international flights provisioning including verifying and overseeing proper packing and loading of catering items
- check flight carts in the kitchen for accuracy and readiness
- ensure proper placement of catering equipment on aircraft
- perform final hand-off of galley items to flight attendants
- communicate operational changes or special instructions to all relevant departments in a timely manner
- immediately report any issues such as late trucks meal shortages to dispatch
- perform other duties as assigned by management
