Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in document management, product life cycle management, or systems deployment
  • Experience in quality systems and compliance within regulated industries
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Food, Dietary Supplement, or Pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments
  • Experience with GMP or regulated environments such as 21 CFR 111, 117, 210 or 211
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in document management or quality systems
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Food, Dietary Supplement, or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Experience with GMP or regulated environments preferred

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow procedures with sound judgment on escalation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute domestic and global customer complaint processing
  • Manage complaint intake and tracking using customer service tools
  • Initiate and facilitate complaint workflows and ensure documentation is complete
  • Facilitate complaint investigations including collection of batch records and QC testing coordination
  • Prepare complaint data for trending, management reviews, and reporting
  • Support quality operations with GMP floor support, walkthroughs, and compliance activities
  • Assist with internal audits and document control within the electronic Quality Management System
  • Provide administrative support including metric tracking and training assistance
  • Maintain compliance with safety policies and company standards
  • Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned
