Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven cooking experience including as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Knowledge of food preparation basics, cooking methods, food safety regulations such as handling, sanitation, and storage
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
- Ability to communicate and work well in a team
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and kneel during shift
- Able to lift 25 pounds or more
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces using approved recipes and production standards
- Maintain safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment
- Restock and break down workstation at the end of each shift
- Assist in controlling product costs by managing product waste effectively
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards
- Work with speed and efficiency while multitasking and maintaining organizational structure
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
