Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous food and customer service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to operate POS system
- ability to work flexible hours including rotating shifts
- physical ability to perform medium work including lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, prolonged walking and standing
- punctuality and good attendance
- willingness to accept job assignments and changes in routines as necessary
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares all hot food items that require use of the grill, convection oven, deep fat fryer, rapid cook oven, proofer/oven and combi oven following proper cooking instructions
- prepares items in accordance with recipe standards to maintain quality and consistency
- serves food using proper utensil and portion control standards in a courteous and professional manner
- practices proper food storage, food handling and personal hygiene in compliance with health regulations
- maintains a safe, sanitary and efficient work area and ensures equipment cleanliness and proper functioning
- demonstrates effective customer relations skills and provides fast, accurate, polite and courteous service
- accepts job assignments and changes in routines as needed for departmental efficiency
