- full service restaurant cooking experience preferred
- servsafe certification preferred
- proven ability of kitchen management
- ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
- outstanding communication and leadership skills
- current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- familiar with industrys best practices
- ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day
- comfortable working with a team in a fast paced kitchen environment
- excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
