Job Requirements

  • full service restaurant cooking experience preferred
  • servsafe certification preferred
  • proven ability of kitchen management
  • ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • accuracy and speed in executing tasks
  • familiar with industrys best practices
  • ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day
  • comfortable working with a team in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
  • must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
