Job Requirements

good sense of balance
ability to multi-task
lift up to 50 pounds waist high
stand for long periods of time
use motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Qualifications

basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills
willingness to work with others as a team
ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours
prior experience in food preparation is a plus but not required

Job Duties

use the correct tools to prepare all items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
maintain a clean work area
ensure product quality, quantity, appearance and temperature
set up of equipment
verification of stock
cleaning of cooking equipment
manage flow of food orders
follow sanitation and safety standards
