Job Requirements
- Good sense of balance
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds waist high
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform motions including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Willingness to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is preferred
Job Duties
- Use correct tools to prepare items according to recipes
- Plate presentations and ensure specifications are met
- Maintain clean work area
- Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance and temperature
- Set up equipment
- Verify stock
- Clean cooking equipment
- Manage flow of food orders
- Follow sanitation and safety standards
