Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand or walk continuously
  • Capable of bending and lifting frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • Ability to work in a kitchen environment with temperature variations from 32 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Willingness to work in noisy environments and occasionally slippery surfaces
  • Physical ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting walking bending stooping kneeling and squatting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in fast food or casual dining preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
  • ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance

Job Duties

  • Perform daily operations including kitchen prep cooking plating
  • Properly clean and sanitize all counters and work areas maintaining clean and organized work spaces
  • Ensure all food and supplies are stored properly
  • Multitask effectively and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Collaborate with head chefs and team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Adhere to recipe guidelines and maintain quality control
  • Enforce health department regulations and maintain ServSafe certification
