Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand or walk continuously
- Capable of bending and lifting frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment with temperature variations from 32 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Willingness to work in noisy environments and occasionally slippery surfaces
- Physical ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting walking bending stooping kneeling and squatting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast food or casual dining preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
Job Duties
- Perform daily operations including kitchen prep cooking plating
- Properly clean and sanitize all counters and work areas maintaining clean and organized work spaces
- Ensure all food and supplies are stored properly
- Multitask effectively and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Collaborate with head chefs and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Adhere to recipe guidelines and maintain quality control
- Enforce health department regulations and maintain ServSafe certification
