- prior food-service leadership experience
- ServeSafe Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to work full-time

Job Duties
- This role combines leadership, organization, and teamwork to keep our kitchen safe, compliant, and running smoothly
- All kitchen team members participate in food prep, meal service, and daily cleaning
- Supervise and schedule kitchen team
- Ensure food-safety and psych-safety standards are met
- Train and coach team members
- Complete cleaning logs, temperature checks, and sanitation audits
- Collaborate with the Dietitian and Nursing teams
