Job Requirements

Attention to detail in all aspects of preparation, execution and plating
Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Maintain proper uniform standards
Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, salamander, oven, stove, mixer and fryer
Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
Ability to work in confined spaces
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
