Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen preferred
  • Knowledge of Southern Coastal and Caribbean cuisine a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally in culinary arts
  • Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following fine dining standards
  • Assist in food preparation and mise en place for service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals promptly
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs
  • Support inventory management and stock rotation
