Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior culinary experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts
- commitment to upholding health and safety standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced culinary environment
Job Duties
- prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety and sanitation
- assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
- follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs to enhance skills
- assist with special event setups and menu planning as needed
