Job Requirements
- Cooking instructor certification
- must be 18 years of age or older
- experience in cooking instruction
- working knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- ability to exercise sound judgment
- report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately

- Plan and schedule cooking classes
- prepare and present a variety of food items
