Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a reliable smartphone with a data plan
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours
- Own a car suitable for deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with the local 2-mile radius delivery area is a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to use smartphone apps for delivery management
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction both in-person and via phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Adhere to safety guidelines and traffic rules while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally
