Job Requirements
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to work flexible part-time schedules
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local area or navigation apps
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery app effectively
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively and organize deliveries within the designated delivery zone
- Maintain communication with the team and report any issues during delivery
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
