Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Some relevant experience with training or work to develop skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Read and understand mix formulas
- Use a digital scale
- Availability to work early morning shifts starting at 4 am
- Weekend and occasional holiday availability
- Ability to work under moderate supervision in a routine production environment

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible work schedule including weekend availability
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring bending, stretching, lifting, and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Operate all bakery machinery including mixers and dough/batter pumpers
- Learn cookie mixing, cake mixing, production, and baking processes
- Ensure product quality by checking weights and appearance before traying
- Follow safe and sanitary food handling policies to prevent contamination
- Clean work areas and wash all equipment
- Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards
- Work in other production areas as needed according to production demands
