Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Some relevant experience or training in bakery or production
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to read and understand mix formulas
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good eye/hand coordination
- Ability to bend, stretch, push, and pull carts filled with dough and mixes
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work with deadlines and follow directions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible work schedule including weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Job Duties
- Operate bakery machinery including mixers and dough/batter pumpers
- Learn cookie mixing, cake mixing, production, and baking processes
- Ensure product quality by monitoring weights and appearance
- Follow safe and sanitary food handling policies
- Clean work areas and wash equipment
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness
- Assist in other production areas as needed
