Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable personal vehicle with valid registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use smartphone apps for delivery tracking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Phoenix area within a 2-mile radius is a plus
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and delivery supplies
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving
- Communicate effectively with store staff and management
