Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and auto insurance
must pass a motor vehicle background check
must have a smartphone with a data plan
legally eligible to work in the United States
ability to handle flexible work schedules
ability to work in Fort Wayne, IN

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
excellent time management and organizational skills
ability to operate a delivery app proficiently
strong communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of local geography within a 2-mile radius is a plus
valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Job Duties

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers either in-person or by phone
use Insomnia's delivery app according to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
manage delivery zones efficiently
adhere to safety and traffic regulations during deliveries
handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues promptly
