Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Good physical condition
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with delivery apps and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local delivery area is a plus
- Responsible and trustworthy with handling payments
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Receive payments and handle customer transactions when necessary
