Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions in person or by phone
- Use the company delivery app to meet approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage delivery routes efficiently within the designated delivery zone
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols during all deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
