Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- must own a reliable car
- must pass a motor vehicle background check
- must have a smartphone with an active data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- prior customer service or delivery experience preferred
- knowledge of the local 2-mile radius around the store
- proficient with smartphones and delivery apps
- strong communication skills to interact positively with customers
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale devices
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- use the company’s delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- manage time effectively to ensure on-time deliveries
- maintain knowledge of the local delivery area
- uphold all safety and traffic regulations while driving
