Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in delivery driving or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate smartphone apps for delivery tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area within a 2-mile radius a plus
- Capable of managing time efficiently and working independently
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
- Ensure compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
- Report any delivery issues or customer complaints promptly
