Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have your own car with valid registration and insurance
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Valid driver's license, valid registration, and valid insurance
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers both in-person and by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies’ delivery app to company standards and provide accurate delivery status updates
- Manage time and organize deliveries within a small, busy delivery zone
- Maintain knowledge of the local delivery area
- Ensure compliance with safety and company driving policies
