Job Requirements
- Must have own car, valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to operate a smartphone and use mobile applications
- Knowledge of the local delivery area within a 2-mile radius is beneficial
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage delivery routes efficiently within the designated delivery zone
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety standards during delivery
- Report any issues or feedback from customers to management promptly
