Job Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Own a car, valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the local 2-mile delivery radius is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in delivery driving or customer service is a plus
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the local delivery area is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions both in-person and by phone
- Use the delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to complete deliveries within the designated delivery zone
- Maintain a safe driving record and comply with traffic laws and company policies
- Support store team as needed during shifts
