Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Must own a reliable car for deliveries
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must pass a motor vehicle background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including late nights
- Knowledge of the Tulsa area two-mile delivery radius is advantageous
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record
- Manage time effectively to complete deliveries within the designated zone
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues during delivery
